Dreaming sometimes causes the road to divide, Waking swiftly the animal you try to hide. Then you begin to wander around, Down in the lost and found. Time is passing you by, Life isn't waiting up. Standing naked, reflections of what you should do. Staring vacant, reflecting it back on to you. Then you begin to wander around, Down in the lost and found. Time is passing you by, Life isn't waiting up. Light, flash forward bring our time to and end. Sight, sound, sorrow, A passage you write and they send. Did you make it everything you thought it'd be? Or did you shake it and tear it up furiously?

I remember me walking down the old lane way, Optimism on my face, It was a very sunny day. I was under the age of majority then, I guess that I was looking for a friend. You were like an avalanche I was like a tree, I guess I could've been the avalanche, I chose to be the tree. I wish I had've been aware of the joke in the end, I guess that I was looking for a friend. Those were the days, Those were the days, Those were the days. When I couldn't find my own way home, I found myself alone when I din't want to be alone, I wanted something for nothing, I only wanted to pretend. I guess that I was looking for a friend.

What A Life 03:08
In the morning when my alarm begins to ring, I'm gonna start a brand new day. There's a whisper through the window, Sunlight shining off the dawn, In a room where I just want to stay. Just when I thought this day could get no more complete, I turn around and see you there, Then I realize it's the picture, The perfect picture of you and me. What a life to be with you, So inspired to be with you, So nice to say your name, Hear your voice, See you play, What a life to be with you. You bring a light that I was missing in my life, I feel it when I see you smile. You'll never know just how it feels, To be the man you kiss goodnight. I really hope you stay awhile. But if it all ended tomorrow, If it all just went away, At least we have today. And the memory of waking up beside the one you love.

Pal O Mine 02:12
I am thinking today how my love went far away. One that we used to know. One so kind and true, Lover I'm always thinking of you. Even though it was back in those days of long ago. Call me back, pal o mine, Let me live there once again. Call me back there to your heart, pal o mine, Oh pal o mine. Let me thrill you with a charm, While I linger in your arms, As I did in those days that have gone by. Let me roam once again, Down in old lovers lane, And I'll kiss your sweet lips, so divine, So divine. Let me gaze in your eyes, While I find paradise, Call me back there to your heart, Pal o mine.

My mistake, Cleaning my plate, Now I won't ever have to carry the weight. Or try to relate, Maybe deflate, Now I won't ever have to carry the weight. And my heart is freeing up some real estate I'll create, Staying out late, Goodbye competition, good bye hate. I'll lose some weight, Go on some dates, And find me somebody who thinks I'm great. She'll rent first, We'll talk about a purchase later. There's no shame in trying to move along at your own pace. While everyone is flying, I stand alone on the stage. Leave a light on, Leave a light on, Leave enough to light my way. And I know I will never let it fade

about

Stood atop the rubble, looked down below with eyes fixed on a figure in the distance. Wiping the water from his cheek, he stepped forward into the thin, cold air. Falling once again towards where he began his climb, swooping upwards just before hitting the ground. Arms outstretched, triumphant and serene. Safe inside that flying machine.
